Tickets & Entry
Do I need to be a member or book in advance?
You don't need to be a member, but you will need a ticket. The rooms are small and fill quickly.
Members receive priority booking and 50% off shows. Anyone can join as a Supporting Member for £55 per year. Once signed up, you receive access to half-price tickets.
Which ticket is right for me?
For a first visit, choose a Music Ticket or Golden Circle. These guarantee a seat with a strong view of the stage.
General Admission and Bar Area tickets may not have a clear sightline. These suit a more casual experience once you're familiar with the venue.
Golden Circle offers the best seats in the house.

Arrival & Experience
What time should I arrive?
Doors open at the advertised time. Music typically starts 30 minutes later, allowing time to settle in and order a drink.
Saturday Lunch tickets allow 60 minutes before the show to arrive and order food.
Is there a dress code?
Smart casual. Think Soho evening rather than relaxed homewear.

What does £55 membership include?

- Discount usage for up to three guests
If capacity allows, members can bring up to three guests into general admission or bar areas on the day. Entry is not guaranteed without a ticket.
What is Club 11?
A premium membership tier priced at £355 per year. Designed for core supporters and curators, offering enhanced access and assistance.
